AAEVT members are cordially invited to attend the American Association of Equine Veterinary Technicians & Assistants General Members Meeting. The Executive Board will provide a summary of the year’s projects and activities, a financial overview, outline initiatives for 2020, and install the next year’s Board members. Awards for Member of the Year and Regional Contact of the Year will be presented, along with the 2019 Scholarship winners. This is an important opportunity for you to network and stay involved in our Association as we build and grow our community. We hope to see you all there!

Here’s your chance to network with other members, reconnect with friends, bump into old classmates, get some face-time with your Board members, and just have fun. We will also be hosting our annual Silent Auction and Raffle – the proceeds of which directly go toward providing Scholarships for you and your peers in 2020. What an amazing way to connect and give back!

The three-day 2019 Trade Show opens on Sunday, December 8 and closes Tuesday, December 10.

Join us for a very unique off-site trip in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. DeeAnn Wilfong (one of the original founders of the AAEVT and past AAEVT President) has graciously invited us to tour the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. She will be our guide for the day, touring around the zoo facilities, feeding the giraffes, interacting with the elephants, and more!
After a morning at the Zoo, we’ll arrive back to the Colorado Convention Center for some hands-on dry labs with new blood analysis tools, courtesy of Zoetis.
