Speaker Bio
Lindsey has resided in Middle Tennessee for over 30 years but is actually an Oklahoma native. She has spent many years in varying aspects of the equine industry including training, showing, teaching, and reproduction. The last 16 years she has spent in veterinary medicine as a licensed technician for with a focus on surgery and anesthesia, as well as, medicine and triage.
Lindsey is the current Chair of our AAEVT Anesthesia Society and a former President of the AAEVT.

Dr. Getman graduated from the University of Florida before completing a residency at the University of Pennsylvania; she is specifically interested in lameness and orthopedic surgery.

Growing up on a horse farm in Tennessee, Dr. Everett recently became a Diplomate of the American Collage of Veterinary Surgeons (Large Animal). His passion for horses and the veterinary profession stems from the research he and his team performed during his residency at the Virginia–Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine and internship at Rood & Riddle.

Speaker Bio
Dr. Peoples is originally from Morgantown, Indiana and is a graduate of Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. She also attended the Colorado State University reproductive school. After graduating from college Amy worked for Janssen Veterinary Clinic in Sheridan, IN for 2 years and in Columbus, IN prior to opening Southern Indiana Equine in 2001. She is now also a Professional Services Veterinarian at Dechra US Equine.
