Dear Team: Based on some recent experiences with clients where we cannot meet their expectations in our role as a Veterinary Teaching Hospital, we have elected to add the following to the client consent form: "Termination of Veterinarian-Client Relationship Policy: Your veterinarian, at his/her discretion and judgement, may discontinue service to a client if the client displays inappropriate or egregious behavior, is noncompliant with treatment recommendations, fails to pay their patient's invoice, or for a breakdown in the veterinarian/client relationship." The 2019 Purina Veterinary Conference was another amazing event…and AAEVT members were invited to attend compliments of Purina!   We had around 115 AAEVT members attending along with Board members Nicole LaGrange, Elyse Rowley and Jlynn Meyer … oh and one of our Past Presidents was also there - Jeannie Willems!
