Your AAEVT 2023 Board
As a board we meet for an in person meeting each year before our AAEVT/AAEP Convention gets underway. It is a good time to review the past year, welcome our new board members, and to brainstorm for the upcoming year. As in years past, we had a productive collaboration with some of our select sponsors and have brainstormed some great ideas for the upcoming year.
The convention was a resounding success thanks to Andrea Whittle our 2022 President and Karen Chapman our 2022 President Elect. Your evaluations of the Scientific Lectures, Round Tables, Anesthesia and Career/Wellness Track as well as the Wet Labs have given us food for thought, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and ideas. We look forward to implementing some of them in the upcoming year.
Our virtual meeting option for those that could not attend was also a success with thanks to Kristi Ely for her tireless endeavors to make sure it all ran smoothly. We look forward to incorporating more virtual sessions going forward.
