We have been working hard with the AAEP to put together another amazing lineup for this year’s Virtual Annual Convention and Online Registration is now OPEN!
2020 Convention Registration Rate: AAEVT Members $175.00

- Registration is open NOW, until December 30th
- The event will kickoff on December 1st, 2020
- Recorded sessions will be available to watch until June 30, 2021!
- We are looking into having a couple of AAEVT Happy Hour “Meet and Greets” during December
Important Registration Details:
- Only current AAEVT Members will be able to register for the 2020 Virtual Annual Convention. If you have expired, please renew your AAEVT Membership first HERE. Student members are welcome to register at the rate posted above. Clinic memberships are not eligible to register for Events.
- This year, registration will be thought AAEP’s event platform provider, Digitell.
- During signup, you MUST use your current email on record with the AAEVT during online registration with AAEP. (We’ll be using this to confirm that your membership is current!)
- How do I find my AAEVT email? Upon logging into the AAEVT website, you will land on your Profile Page. Under “Information & Settings,” your Edit Bio link will contain your current email on file with us.
