Boehringer Ingelheim Celebrates World Veterinary Day for Equine Veterinarians
Boehringer Ingelheim is celebrating these champions of equine health on World Veterinary Day today with a $10,000 donation to The Foundation for the Horse, the charitable arm of American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP), along with the release of an online video in their honor.
Our AAEVT members are vital to the Veterinary Community and we want to recognize your part in promoting and ensuring the welfare of the Horse – and your Veterinarian!

World Veterinary Association Congress has moved Online
As one-health advocates, the veterinary team understands that environmental, human, and animal health are inextricably linked, according to the World Veterinary Association. The theme of World Veterinary Day 2020, which falls on April 25, is “Environmental protection for improving animal and human health.”
While their in-person meeting, the , had to be canceled due to Covid-19, they are offering most of their sessions online. There is a fee to register, but there is a discount for “nurses.”
