Veterinary Nurse Initiative (VNI) Update

Ohio update from their District Rep:

Ohio has stalled in the state house with the VNI initiative due to political indecisiveness. They can not agree on a new house leader therefore no bills are being heard, so it is in a wait and see hold.  The VNI passed the small agriculture committee and has a positive outlook at this point.

Tenneessee & Michigan update:

These states are not close to passing the VNI as proposed and no further hearings will take place this year.
